Larger Group Camping
Wild Woodland camping in Dorset will be one to remember! We have 3 large well spaced out pitches away from other camping pitch’s ideal for larger groups naturally making a little more noise.
At Southover Woods and Camping we have created Wild Camping Pitches for larger groups. We want larger parties to be able to camp, have fun and enjoy time together in the woods.
For Friends taking time out to catch up, alternitive Stag and Hen parties or Birthday Celebrations our Larger Pitch’s are a perfect venue for you gathering.
We have Bushcraft, Axe Throwing, Tree Climbing, Deer Butchery, Foraging, Whittling and Campfire Cooking.
So learn to light a fire then kick back and enjoy it while carving a spoon and drinking a beer!
Our wild camping pitches are enclosed in completely private woodland making our pitches secluded and care free. Each wild camping pitch has its own parking and walkway with access to our overflow car parking perfect for large groups with multiple cars so head down through the Rhody tunnels or our woodland walkways to your pitch.
